The smart way to study for your real estate exam

1. For ExamSmart^® to install properly, you must have the latest Windows^® updates installed. Click here to check for latest updates.



2. You must download the new version of ExamSmart^® Click here



3. Select “SAVE” to download the program. It will default to saving the setup program to your desktop. We recommend keeping it at this default, as it is easier for you to find when installing ExamSmart^®.



4. After the download is complete, select the “Close” button. You may now close your Internet browser, as the installation will proceed without the need for the Internet.



5. Go to your Windows Desktop and find the Setup program. Double-click the setup icon and the setup will begin. You may receive a security warning. If so, select “RUN” to continue.



6. Note that if your PC requires a number of Microsoft libraries installed you may not see the ExamSmart^® setup screen for a period of time. This is normal, just allow Microsoft to install its libraries.



7. When the installation is complete, click on the ExamSmart^® icon with the green checkmark and follow the on-screen instructions.



8. On the welcome screen select the Activation Key box. Write down the red Activation Code. Then select the "click here" to obtain an Activation Key.



9. Note that you may delete the Setup icon from your Windows desktop, after the setup completes successfully. Just do not delete the green checkmark icon, as this is how you run the program.
